Minimum 3 minutes of sun exposure is needed daily in winter as it is the source of Vitamin D3. Vitamin D3 helps in rebuilding and normal functioning of the immune system. It also reduces the chance of getting a flu by 50%.

  • Get the right amount of Sleep

Minimum eight hours of sleep is compulsory at night. Lack of proper sleep can weaken the immune system thereby making you open to diseases. Therefore early to bed and early to rise seems to be the best advice since childhood.
